Confidential Approach

When a long-list of potential candidates have been identified, Running Dog Resourcing
will determine who is interested in a particular position and how they match the client's
requirements. It is our responsibility to make potentially suitable applicants aware that the
particular position exists and to represent the client's interests in a confidential manner.

Once the applicant’s interest and suitability have been determined, Running Dog
Resourcing would examine the applicant's background and personality in relation to the job
description and key competencies required by the client. As we are acting as the client's
representative, we would provide the potential candidate with a full and detailed overview
of the style, culture and the positions we are seeking to fill. It is also essential to create
candidate confidence in relation to the search process.
