After sourcing each prospect, Running Dog Resourcing determine
which applicants closely
match the overall needs of the client. These candidates will be
presented to the client in
a fully documented form, which is called a Sourcing Document;
this will cover career
background, experience and education, together with an overview
of the applicant’s
achievements, abilities and suitability in relation to the position.
From there, the client
will be responsible for the final interviews.
